Judy’s passion for the arts began late in life when local business owners asked her to appear in ads, websites, and TV commercials. She later became a SAG-AFTRA actor, spending multiple seasons on House of Cards and VEEP, where her talent and presence on-screen shone brightly.

Her extensive expertise spans multiple areas of the entertainment industry. She is an award-winning filmmaker, singer, screenwriter, producer, director, casting director, set designer, and hair/makeup artist. She is also a skilled wardrobe artist and craft services provider. Judy's book, How to Start a Film Acting Career Right Where You Live, and her role as a private coach for actors and filmmakers further emphasizes her versatility and passion for teaching others.

Judy has always had a heart for mentoring. In 2017-2018, she mentored the Smithsonian's Freer Sackler Teen Council, where she taught life skills, confidence, and filmmaking positions. She also served as the former Director of Operations and Festival Director for Asian Pacific American Film, Inc. in 2018.
